Had a solid experience here and Kennedy was super helpful when it came time to review cost options for my contacts. She gave me an extra pair to hold me over until my order arrives which was very appreciated. Heads up- they have no grace period if you’re running even a little late…a testament to how fast they move here lol, so be early or on time!

I was greeted quickly and kindly as soon as I came in. I had my 4 year old son with me and everyone from the front desk, tech, and doctor were so kind and patient to both him and I throughout my appointment. A woman at the front desk gave my son a coloring book and crayons to occupy him while I looked for glasses. Another woman remembered his name just by overhearing me speak to him. All employees were truly so so nice. I really loved my experience here. I had a lot of anxiety about going to the eye doctor for the first time in years and especially while having my son with me, but everyone was so warm and welcoming it really was a blessing.

This location is much better than other locations I've been to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy (even though it was very busy at the time!). The store is very clean and well kept. My eye exam was on time and I received clear instructions and explanations. The optometrist was very kind and clearly has a lot of experience.

I had to call in my contacts order (rather than order online) because of how my insurance works - not their fault- but it seems like they’re not set up well to process orders over the phone at all and it’s stressful. On top of that the staff has been super dismissive about it. If you order over the phone you don’t get any confirmation text or email or a receipt. None of the 3 order numbers they gave me show up on the website either- the website says my order doesn’t exist. Obviously, that’s more of a process issue and not the front desk staff’s fault. However it is also frustrating that the staff I’ve spoken to have all seemed to think I’m being unreasonable and I get the feeling they’re just trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible rather than resolve the problem or explain the process clearly. I’m not trying to be rude, it’s just stressful.

My visit at Visionworks was FANTASTIC! Very friendly and professional, without compromising the quality my eye care, the doctor patiently listened to all my concerns and answered every question. Eventhough I have to wait for my new glasses, I have the confidence that they will provide the clarity and precision of sight that I need! Keep up that HIGH level of eye care and prioritizing your customer's needs! Thumbs high Visionworks! God bless!
