Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a simple warranty, was told it was going to be put through but it never did. During that time calling I was hung up on twice and waited so long on hold that it called the store back on its own. I called back two weeks later to be told they never put it through. The manager said they would put it through expedited and never put it through expedited to I waited 4 weeks for glasses. I called 5 times in one day for an update and whoever was answering the phones was picking it up off the hook and hanging up without answering. I spoke to the manager about it when I went to pick the glasses up and she basically just said she doesn't know who did it but had no solution. Since then I have had to warranty exchange the glasses twice due to more issues. Once a cracked lense , and now another time for scratched lenses. They offer no quality. They keep replacing my glasses with broken glasses and have offered nothing else after much wasted time, headaches from the blurred vision, and really nothing more than a "sorry". I don't recommend going to any vision works location.
