I was able to get a new pair of Oakley eyeglasses at a great price. The staff was courteous and handled the entire process of billing my eye insurance company without me essentially having to do anything.
Genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met. Took care of me not only in a timely manner but in a way that made me feel like family. Couldn’t have appreciated all the things you guys did for me to allow me to see clearly again. 5 out of 5 stars! And yes I will be going back next year!
My first experience was terrible the doctor had an attitude and wrote incorrect exam results! Second time was a little better but he still had an attitude that I helped him adjust. He shook his head when he seen me in the waiting area like I was a problem before I even had my exam. I only go here because its close to home other than that it's not a welcoming environment!
Really nice staff. Especially the woman who did my glasses with me. I came early and she was able to move my appointment and was super friendly
The doctor and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed and was able to take my time during my exam and while choosing frames. My husband and 5-year-old also had appointments, and I was a little nervous since it was my son’s first eye exam. The doctor was absolutely amazing with him and made the experience feel effortless and comfortable. The optician was just as wonderful, making sure his glasses were the correct size and fit his face perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Southland VW!
