Had a great experience during my eye exam and eyeglasses selection. Staff were very patient with me (I do not do well at the eye doctor!) and explained things in ways that were easy to understand. I felt very comfortable and like I was given the time and attention we don't often see anymore when it comes to appointments like these. Thank you so much!
I always love the interactions I have with ALL of the workers. They are always polite and very professional. They make the process seem so seamless. I had my eye exam on April 9th and always love the frames they have there but this time then I special ordered in the mail a pair of glasses i previously bought from there years ago and were able to request to have my lenses put in and both processes were wonderful. This is why I keep coming back and have been for years. Thank you...😊
Our experience in the store was good, no complaints. Very clean & a large selection of glasses. My review is mostly for Avi, the associate working with us. We went in for glasses for my 5 year old. When we came in she greeted us & got our information then we were instructed to browse frames. As we were looking, another customer came in. Without disclosing too much information, this customer was confused & talking about modeling & her drivers license & nothing to do with eyesight (loudly). The whole time (45 minutes worth of rambling) Avi was the perfect image of professional. I was beyond impressed with how well she handled the situation. She finally got the woman to leave & started ordering my daughter’s glasses. While helping us, the other customer came back in & interrupted us TWICE but Avi remained calm & professional. She did apologize to us for the wait but never showed annoyance or frustration with this customer who was demonstrating concerning behavior. We will continue to be customers of visionworks & are thoroughly impressed with Avi’s professionalism, patience & customer service skills.
Optometrist left me sitting in the waiting room for 35 minutes- nobody came out to talk to me why my appointment was delayed. Poor service will never go back to that office again
From the time I walked in it was great. I was greeted very kindly and professional. The lady that I saw before seeing the doctor was kind and professional and made me feel comfortable. The Dr was absolutely wonderful. Such a great experience with her and finally the associate who helped me with choosing and purchasing my glasses was awesome as well. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I will definitely go back to the location again and again.
