I called and was able to get an appointment the following week, when I got there everyone was super nice. The eye doctor himself took his time and explained a lot which I could appreciate. The purchasing of the glasses and available add-ons like anti glare and such were described in an easy to understand manner and completed with ease as well. I would definitely recommend this location.
My first time going to Visionworks it was a great experience. I visit one close to my house walking distance. The staff was friendly, they answer questions and it didn't take long. The optician fitted me for new glasses . So far so good. Got to wait till my glasses come back and see how that work out. So stay tuned. I'll be back with another review.
I needed a quick updated prescription prior to my regularly scheduled exam. I was able to get a next day appointment. The facility was clean and professional the service was exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly, asked questions and was very helpful. The self-pay exam fee was also very reasonable. I would use them again if needed.
Kim was wonderful to work with. She helped me pick a frame which I liked better than the one I picked for myself. She helped me get the best deal and made the paperwork process easy and stress free. I will be bringing my mom to see Kim when she is ready for new glasses. I would highly recommend Vision Works to all my family and friends. Thank you for a great experience.
If every business were as well run as this one, the world would be such a wonderful place. Polite, efficient, fast, with great quality for eye exam and glasses, at a good price. Highly recommended.
