I have amazing eyeglass insurance from the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania employment. Somehow I never leave here spending less than $600 even though I always buy the cheapest or second cheapest frames. The service, is excellent. Each of the workers that have helped me was friendly, professional, and well-trained at their job. I like that the company sends you a text when your glasses are ready to be picked up and it has a link to check on status so that if you have multiple pairs you can wait until all are ready.

I will only go to Visionworks to see Nicole. She has helped me with at least 10 pair of glasses. Before seeing her I had 2 negative interactions at Visionworks-1 at Christiana and the other at Brandywine. Nicole is knowledgeable, efficient, kind and patient.

Love Visionworks! No pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Staff is friendly, helpful whenever you are ready. Glasses were ready ahead of schedule!! Fantastic business and great deals!!
