I had a good visit at this Visionworks location. James -the associate who helped me- was courteous and answered the questions I had about my prescription. He also looked up and verified my vision benefits while I browsed to choose a frame. Overall a very good experience .

The agent looked up my insurance and helped me get a nice pair of glasses. When I return I plan to Order two more pairs of readers for a $99 special he told me about. He was looking out for me. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you, Shirley Bacon

It was better than I expected the lady was extremely nice and helpful in selecting the pair that was right for me. Exceptional service regarding friendliness and professionalism. Thanks will return next year for another pair.

Went in for a regular eye exam and for a new pair of glasses, and I was very pleased with my visit. Everyone was so kind a patient. Dr. Cathy Nguyen was so nice and attentive. She answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend coming here. ☺️

This is the most amazing clinic i’ve been to, by far. Every one of Dr. Nguyen’s staff was so friendly and personable. Dr. Nguyen explained things to me that no other doctor had before. I’ll never go to another. When it was time to pick out frames and order everything James waited on me and he was absolutely phenomenal! Very friendly and didn’t put on pressure like most places do. This was truly the greatest experience i’ve had and i look forward to continue going to them in the future. I’ve recommended them to every single one of my coworkers that’s looking for a new place to get their eyes checked. :)
