The staff was super friendly knowledgeable and personable. The diagnostic tech was very thorough in her pre screen machines and the optometrists super kind and got me in and out. The staff at vision works was very nice. Jessica who did the diagnostic testing was wonderful and Dominque who checked me out for the glasses was very professional and sweet I will be back next year
This is the 2nd time I ordered glasses from here. The 1st time, I got frames I really loved so this time, I ordered the same frames. It was much easier because they had all the information from before - size, measurements, features, etc. They just needed to update the prescription information. I was done in 15 minutes and will have my new glasses in 2 weeks. This location of Visionworks has a wide variety of styles in frames for women, men and young people. You can’t go wrong if you come here. I highly recommend it.
Dominque at this location is so friendly and knowledgeable, my family will always come to this store because of her wanting the best for the customer! I was able to change my frames within 90 days at no cost

First time customer today (after leaving Target’s overpriced optical center) and I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service experience! Dominique went above and beyond to assist and answer all of my questions, helped me locate a specific type of frames I was looking for in addition to helping with all of my insurance/cost questions. I was able to walk out today with 2 pairs of glasses for the price I paid last time (at another optical center) for one pair using my existing frames. I will definitely be a returning customer!
