There was only one worker on the floor at the time (I'm not sure her name) with a room filling quickly with customer. But she was still able to greet everyone nicely and handle everything and everyone very efficiently. I was very impressed and grateful for her, you don't see workers handle situations so gracefully very often anymore. Thank you to that lady 🥰
I went In today because I broke my glasses and the wonderful lady at the front desk Paula was able to help me out and fix my glasses. She has always been an amazing representative everytime i come up there she deserves the best.
I've been a customer of Vision Works for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They give excellent service. Whenever I've had a problem, they've fixed it promptly. I've even taken my glasses back to get new nose pads and they've replaced them free of charge. Paula and Jamie are tops.
Excellent and speedy service. Jackie did an amazing job helping me with my concerns and you can tell she knows what she's doing. I will continue using visionworks for her excellent service.
