I had a wonderful experience with Visionworks and RCP Eye Care Group. Dr. Contreras was amazing with my little ones — she explained everything clearly and helped my son feel comfortable when he was nervous. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable throughout the visit. We truly enjoyed our experience and appreciate the kindness and patience shown to our family. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

Had a wonderful experience at the Ingram Visionworks location. The eye doctor was excellent, very knowledgeable and skilled at her job; the receptionists were very kind and helpful; and the staff in the store were very patient, kind and helpful as my husband and I worked through several different ways of using our insurance to get the most out of our plan. This is definitely my new favorite location for me and my family!

I have visited this location many times and it’s always been great! This time, I worked with Ramon. He was very patient and thorough. He explained my benefits and options very well. They have a great selection of frames and the sales people after the initial greeting give you space to shop their selection. Then at the perfect time an associate comes up and politely assist and answer any questions to help narrow down to what works. I needed an eye exam and they made me the appointment for it that day and the optometrist next to them was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and informative. Went back to the store and completed my purchase fully understanding everything that was going to be done to my lenses and why along with how much which was very fair in price. 10 out of 10 experience

This place is awesome. I’ve been coming here for 10 + years. If you have VSP insurance It’s the best place to go. LensCrafters tried ripping me off for the same exact pair of glasses and wanted to charge over $300 with all the same specs. I was only there because we happen to be at Ingram Mall. I knew that price had to be jacked up so I said hell no and I went straight to Visionworks .Same glasses same specs and everything a third of the price for $105 When LensCrafters wanted to charge me $350 If you ask me, highway robbery I’m so glad that I stayed faithful to Vision Works and trusted my gut feeling and bought my glasses there yesterday instead of the other place, which I will never step foot into again.
