I have visited this establishment twice, and both times I have had a very pleasant experience. Kia has assisted me on both occasions. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. My visits were brief and efficient. They also offer an excellent selection of eyeglasses.
The team provides exceptional service, consistently going the extra mile to find the perfect glasses and delivering great value. A wide range of excellent options is available, and they are always happy to make adjustments.
Very professional and pleasant experience! Associates go the extra mile to assist when selecting frames and finalizing the order. They are all outstanding and seem to genuinely enjoy what the do! I highly recommend this location for all of your vision needs!
Went to two other eye places to repair rimless glasses but because we didn't purchase their lens they could not repair. The woman at visionworks today helped us out. My dad just wanted a screw so he could wear them and see. Boom first screw she picked up went right in, we ask the damage (price) she said it's fine. (Not to get her in trouble) but because of that my dad is now heading back there to update his prescription in the VERY NEAR future. Thanks for being human and understanding the need. Great people, great place!
Not impressed! I went there only because they are in network with my insurance. Next time, I will go to my usual without insurance. They don’t have a decent selection for frames, took a long time to get them. When I finally did… I went and picked them up and the associate gave me the case with the glasses, I put them on because I’m used to them adjusting them if needed, but instead he just looked at me and said “have a good day” ohhhh ok cool, you have a good day too then I guess. Got to my car excited to ACTUALLY try them on since they didn’t do any sort of adjustment while I was in the store and clearly was eager for me to leave. Disappointing to find that they were VERY VERY loose, I would move my head slightly and they slip off. I can’t even wear my new glasses due to how loose they are until I take them somewhere for adjustment. I have NO plans on returning!
