I personally never really leave reviews, but I absolutely had to after my experience here with Leslie. From the moment I walked in, Leslie was phenomenal. She went above and beyond answering every one of my questions with incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and attentive she was. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, quickly came up with quotes, and still kept my budget in mind the entire time. Because of how much trust and confidence she gave me during the process, I even decided to purchase an additional backup frame. In customer service today, it’s rare to come across someone who is both highly intelligent and sincerely caring, but Leslie exceeded every expectation. She represents the kind of employee any company should be proud to have. I will absolutely be returning as a repeat customer specifically because of the experience she provided. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude made a lasting impression on me. I truly hope management recognizes Leslie for the exceptional work she’s doing because employees like her are the reason customers stay loyal and continue recommending a business to friends and family. Kudos to you and thank you again, Leslie- keep up the amazing work.

My husband and my son both had glasses replaced with the warranty on the glasses. When my husband went to inquire about his glasses the African American woman told him he does have warranty and she would put in the order for him. When he went to to go pick up his glasses she never requested OR told him that he needed to turn in his old glasses. She just handed him his glasses and he went about his day. Now that my son and I came to pick up his glasses she argued me down about my son having to bring his old glasses in to get his new glasses. I explained that she never told my husband that he had to bring his old glasses in. Then she began to be irritated and started threatening me that he would be charged if he didn’t bring in his old glasses. I believe it was nothing but a racial thing because my husband is African American and so is she so that’s why she didn’t say anything to him. Me being a Hispanic woman she said something totally different to me ! If there is a policy than there is a policy ! Don’t pick and chose who you want to enforce it with and who not to. And after I confronted her about not telling my husband as soon as we left she called him not knowing I was on his other phone and was threatening him about bringing his old glasses back or he will be charged ! Now all of a sudden she wants to tell him something after I brought her discrepancy to her attention. A policy is a policy and we don’t mind following the rules. But do NOT be picking who you enforce it to and especially STOP being racially accommodating! And do NOT call anyone threatening to charge them for something after she choose to look the other way until she got caught.

It was my first time purchasing a pair of prescription glasses. The staff was great at giving me their opinions on what they thought looked best! Lolita the manager was super helpful, patient and professional. I highly recommend this place!
