Dr. Charrier takes care of both me and my husband with a variety of vision and eye issues. He is personable and so knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed with each patient. His state of the art equipment add to his ability to diagnose and properly treat each patient. His staff are pleasant and efficient. We travel from the south side and it’s well worth the trip. We love Family Vision Solutions!
This was an amazing visit to an eye doc. It started with making the appointment. The lady who walked me through the visit on the phone was so patient and kind when explaining Sclera contacts for my aging eyes. She was never in a hurry and was patient and pleasant to explain every step in the process. Then at my actual appointment today, I was so very impressed. The doctor was incredibly patient and attentive to every question or concern I had. He explained to me the issue with my eyes which is a result of age, cataracts, and RK surgery 35 years ago. But he had a solution for me and I’m so glad. He took multiple readings and multiple measurements of my eyes and I tried multiple contacts until we found the best fit for me. I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a thorough eye exam. I feel confident to move forward with this practice to help me see better in this stage of life.
Dr. Randy Charrier is an outstanding physician. He is thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to every concern while clearly explaining procedures, eye health, and the reasons behind any issues. He walks through all available options and discusses the best path forward. He consistently gives his patients his full attention, never making anyone feel rushed. At each visit, he creates an experience that feels personal, as if you are his only patient. He is truly exceptional, highly professional, knowledgeable, and someone I would trust with my care above anyone else! He's awesome!
Dr. Charrier is one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicates his time to do further research for complex cases. I have some issues with my eyes and he not only does his best but also referred me to other specialists when it comes to surgeries and beyond. He is treating me for more than five years now and I can’t recommend him enough to any eye conditions.
I was seen promptly and all of the office staff that I interacted with was very professional. Dr. Charrier is very thorough and takes time to listen to my questions and explains what he is doing (testing my eyes for). I have been his patient for many years and highly recommend him!
