Friendly staff and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. Dr.Thy Nguyen was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns. She provided multiple options to help treat my dry eyes and adjusted my current prescription to better suit my sensitive eyes. I love that I can finally see clearly through my new lenses without headaches. Highly recommend Focus Optical, and I will definitely continue seeing Dr. Thy Nguyen!

Fantastic business. Great options. I suddenly had to switch to glasses after decades of contact lenses. They scheduled me for an exam quickly, assisted with picking out frames and lenses, and got me fitted quickly. Definitely will be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Last year we had a great experience at this location, that’s why we came back but this year everything is messed up. Our son has a strong prescription but his lenses we ordered at this location are very thick (double compared to his other lenses which are in the same type of frame). Ordered new glasses and lenses for myself, but the person that work there didn’t seem to know anything about her job, for everything she had to double check, she had to double check at least 5 times while I was there and I didn’t have any complicated questions and when her colleague explained something to me she grabbed her phone and was texting, which honestly is already rude but if she doesn’t know something I would expect that she sits there and pays attention so she can maybe help the next person. When I picked up my glasses, I was just handed a bag and was never offered to try them on or double check if everything is correct, I’m used to having my glasses brought out and shown to me and then me trying my glasses on and the professional person working there checking if there are any adjustments that need to made. In addition I think they should update their customer more frequently if there are delays, honestly I personally think 2-4 weeks is a long period of time to wait for a pair of lenses as I’m used to having my glasses/lenses back within less then 5 business days. So if you want to spend a lot of money but have no customer service this is the place to be. There are 1-2 employees working who know what they’re doing but the others seem to have no clue about their job.

My daughter's prescription is extremely high, and we had an awful experience with another location prior to visiting Focus Optical. We were a little skeptical at first, but from the moment Ms. Anayeli took my call, she and staff made it a priority to ensure our experience was a great one! It was difficult finding a location that could make a transition lens for such a high prescription, but Focus Optical took care of it. Ms. Emily was also so helpful when it came time to the fitting. She took her time, listened to our concerns, and helped us pick out a frame that complemented my daughter well. Even the turn around time was way sooner than I expected. They communicated updates when they were available. Her glasses were here in 3 weeks and looked great. We're beyond happy with the service! We will be coming back for sure. We highly recommend either location.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ashley Nguyen and the entire Focus Optical team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and efficient. Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly explain my eye condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. The exam was very comprehensive, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend Focus Optical and Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate ophthalmologist.
