Emma was a pleasure to work with in finding my new glasses. There were some remarks regarding my new frames between the two associates but I chose to listen to Emma and pick the frames I liked. She was professional and very helpful. Thanks Emma!
I just want to say thank you to the lady that helped me get my frames adjusted so I could see through my glasses. I should’ve asked for her name. she was so patient and kind! I can finally see clearly again and it really does feel like a blessing. and also THANK you to the doctor who checked my vision.
This is by far the best vision and eyeglass center I have ever been to. Raquel provided exceptional service—she was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue and assist with my insurance. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Emma, Norma, and Celine greeted me warmly and helped with every need. The entire team delivered outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location—10 out of 10!
The best experience I’ve ever had with an optometrist and staff. Visionworks is the place to go for your eye care. I have been to several different optometrist, but this one beat them all. Just don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself. You will not be disappointed and you will thank me later. Dr. Tate is the one to see, she’s professional and very friendly. She do not make your visit seem like a routine eye exam, she makes you feel special.
Emma is very helpful and knowledgeable! Both Emma and Raquel possess great customer service skills! Many thumbs up!
