The two men that helped me were very caring and helpful. They helped me choose some lovely frames, and walked me through the purchasing process. Overall, it was a great visit. I have used Visionworks for years because they have quality products and great service.

This vision center is the best with help and knowledge. Aaron was a great person to help with all my decisions.

I’ve been a patient for years. It used to be a pleasure coming here. But like all things consistency is key. Customer service is lacking and bedside manner from the rotating drs is concerning. Scripts just don’t seem to be very consistent because of how rushed the process is now.

Melissa was extremely helpful!. Not only was she helping me out, I felt like she was reading every single customer who walked in. Definitely adds to the environment of this business! This young lady deserves a raise or to be manager

My wife has been dealing with chronic eye pain and irritation for two years. We have been trying several doctors, trying to get her some relief. This was the seventh. When they saw my wife, and checked her eyes and we told them about her symptoms and medicines we've used (none of which helped so far) the doctor recommended Patoday. I had to reiterate 4 times that we have been using Patoday and that it's not helping. So the doctor tells us about other doctors to see, and charges us $110. He charged us $110 to try to push a medicine that I repeatedly had to tell him was not working, then tell us to see another doctor. So, $110 for nothing.
