My original pair of glasses did not fit well, so I returned to the store to exchange them. After wearing the second pair for a few weeks, I realized they were also very uncomfortable. When I went back again, Levetha was incredibly kind, patient, and gracious in helping me find a better pair and arranging the replacement. I have used this location for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. Levetha went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new glasses. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

Eric was very helpful when it came to picking out my new glasses. Walked in and made some suggestions and ended up going with the ones he pointed out for me. Great with explaining what my insurance covered and helped med stay in my budget. Thank you

I was very impressed with Eric who helped me pick out new frames. He was professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and personable. His assistance made my experience very enjoyable and I can't wait to get my new glasses!

The store is locked during business hours(not even close to lunch time), which is insane. There is one lady in the store and her service is terrible. Basically there is not service other than logging your information into their computer. I asked her some questions but she was not trying to help. Very dismissive. I cannot believe this store has a good rating on google review. So either the rating is biased/filtered, or this lady treated me differently.

The whole process was great all the way around starting with the optometrist Dr. Harper and her staff were a great start. Ms. Laretha vision works employee was great very kind patient, very knowledgeable helped me make great choices on how to use my insurance to get the best glasses to fit my lifestyle. Visit was very pleasant stress free. Thank you guys.
