Excellent experience from start to finish! I was greeted immediately upon entrance. I must say that everyone that I interacted with, were friendly and efficient while I was there. After Korbin verified the amount that my insurance would cover, she assisted me with 6 or 7 frames that I selected. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free. She helped me narrow it down and gave honest feedback without no pressure, just genuine help. She even remembered little details I mentioned and made sure everything fit comfortably 😊. Thanks again, Korbin you made a usually nervous event into something actually enjoyable! This was my 1st time ever shopping for glasses.

This was my second time at Vision Works and although the store associate was nice, I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. The first time I went they got my prescription wrong twice. I decided to find a new place and for whatever reason I decided to return and give them a second chance and one, I was never called when my glasses were ready. Second, the day I chose my glasses I was not 100% sold on them and the guy told me I had 100 days to return or exchange so I agreed to get them. I come back a couple of months later and I could not find a pair I liked. I told them I wanted to just return them and get my money back and they said "oooh we meant you could only exchange the frames. You can only return within 30 days" mind you, my glasses sat there for 3-4 weeks because I was never told they were ready. They told me I could go look at other stores and exchange them within 100 days so today I did that only to be told that's not true and that because I used my insurance I could only exchange or return them to the location that used my insurance. Now I am stuck with two pairs of glasses that I don't like with the wrong prescription that were billed to my insurance and I also paid $300+ out of pocket for. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I was greeted well. It was a gentleman by the name of Jamal helped me. Completely respectful and had great information to give every time I asked him a question. He also went and helped me know about benefits I had that I didn't even know. Instead of leave with 1 pair of glasses I left with 3. He alone if great and the environment is friendly as well.

Aby, Thaddeus, Ethen were amazing. Their customer service was above and beyond, they were very patient with me and answered all my questions, you can tell they have good knowledge in their job area. I would definitely coming back to that location and would recommend them to my friends and my family.

I showed up without an appointment to pick up a trial pair of contacts. I was immediately seen by the doctor to make sure my lenses were a good fit. The entire staff really cares and makes you feel comfortable.
