They can check your insurance and explain the benefits to you. Michael deserves recognition for his attention to detail and willingness to assist. Dr. Valverde is knowledgeable and perfectly knows her craft. Both Claudias for optical support team are gracious and helpful, always. The Vision shop team partners led by Michael does very well in measuring my no line bifocal frames accurately 3 years in a row that I had 2 made this time. Totally trustworthy, this is my 3rd year visiting this particular optical clinic/shop. Please keep this team intact, they each work hard to keep us customers seeing properly all the time! I would give Visionworks 5 shining stars that sparkle bright! My experience with my eye exam was better than my expectations. I have to admit I was anxious before arriving and wanted this to be over soon. But, from the beginning to the end because of the kindness, professionalism and knowledge of everyone involved, my anxiousness melted away. I will definitely continue to get my eye care from Visionworks from now on. Other businesses sure could learn a thing or two from them!

Visionworks was empty of customers when we arrived, so the two staff members we very attentive. We ask a lot of questions because our insurance has changed, and we had not received any documents from the insurance. The young lady was helpful, but we had to put our purchase into the computer before she could give us a price on any extras that we would want on the glasses. Visionworks also did not have a sample of the tint colors, I found that odd. Other than those two issues, there were plenty of frames to choose from and we had an easy and pleasant transaction.
