Visionworks in Cedar Park provided a good overall experience. The staff was friendly, and the young lady who helped us was kind, patient, and took the time to answer our questions. She was thorough throughout the process, which we appreciated. The only downside was the frame selection. The inventory felt fairly basic, and we were hoping for a few more unique or premium options to choose from. Overall, if you’re looking for courteous service and a straightforward experience, this location is worth considering. A broader frame selection would make it an even stronger choice.

I don’t want to jump on a five star rating, I have not gotten my eyeglasses BUT. Five stars for customer service! Kaylyn (I hope I don’t misspell her name) was wonderful. She explained every detail my insurance benefits/eligibility that I was able to decide what I can consider on choosing the best eyeglasses for me! They do have special deals for VSP but I ended up picking a nice pair I so far love! It was handpicked by Kaylyn as she saw me having trouble looking for good match/fit with the style I want! Just the detailed explanation of everything they offer is a great way to start as I have made an informed decision. They also take affirm and care credit payments if customers choose to! I’ll update once I get my eyeglasses 👓. First visit—-love! They’re next to Master Eye Associates! Plus plus—Kaylyn took the time to put nose pads on my old pair of glasses because I was still using them without. And cleaned them, 🥹 happy tears!

I had a wonderful appointment at Visionworks on Saturday. March 7, 2025. The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful in every way. This is my third visit to them in the last two years. They provide individual service and are knowledgeable of vision issues. Good people make all the difference and the staff at this store are outstanding.

We are extremely disappointed with the experience at Visionworks. Two weeks ago, my child’s glasses broke, and we immediately went to the store and ordered a replacement pair through the insurance plan we purchased from Visionworks. Since then, our child has been struggling every single day without glasses — affecting school, daily activities, and overall comfort. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and urgency from the store. Not once in the past two weeks has anyone called us with a status update or timeline. We have had to follow up ourselves while our child continues to wait without something that is medically necessary. For a national chain, taking more than two weeks to replace a child’s glasses is unacceptable. If this is how the insurance replacement process works, then the policy feels misleading and completely disconnected from the real needs of customers who rely on glasses every day.

Visited this place to order my Antiglare reading glasses. Good and friendly staff. Neat location. Located near Mattresses shop. Parking is available. Good collections for adults and kids. I chose my design and with the insurance coverage got these cute Computer glasses with an extra payment. Satisfied with them.
