Excellent customer service! Lee was caring, helpful, and truly went above and beyond! Even though the office was very busy and Lee was working by herself, she handled everything professionally with a positive attitude. She made sure everyone was taken care of and never made anyone feel rushed. I really appreciated her kindness and dedication. Highly recommend! Lee was amazing!

My lenses Delaminated after about 1yr. For $900 retail price the quality should be better. Called in to see if they would correct it. Told me the lenses are only covered for the length of the prescription. How long is a prescription good for? No real answer given orhthan go spend more $$$on lenses. I wont be using this organization again. Markup is crazy high on glasses Visonworks is trash. They want you to spend and $150-300 for warranty. Instead sell quality products instead of crappy 💩
