By far the best experience I have had getting glasses. From the eye doctor’s appointment to the process of choosing my glasses. Gavin and Cristina were so helpful and very accommodating especially when it took me a bit to choose which frames I wanted. I just got my glasses and they are amazing. Definitely recommend this location.

My visit went as scheduled. I got there and was warmly greeted by the vision assistant, the optometrist was well versed with my previous visit and she was very nice. She went through with the exam and explained about the early stages of glaucoma. The frame crew was very talkative as well as knowledgeable about promotions and possible discounts with or without insurance.

Roger was an absolute pleasure to work with! I happened to walk in on a busy day, but Roger immediately greeted me, and I was able to mill around and find the exact frames I wanted while I waited. Once it was my turn, he was kind and attentive. His passion for his work and his expertise in fitting people to the right glasses was abundantly clear. He got me every discount he possibly could, and even fixed my dad's glasses, free of charge. Highly recommend Visionworks Embassy Plaza for all your glasses needs!

The dream team works at this location! Seriously, the most helpful sales team. They were knowledgeable, and even found a better deal with my insurance and refunded my money for the difference two hours after I made my purchase there. I could not be more pleased or grateful.

I walked in, without an appointment, a broken pair of glasses, and no back ups. I saw the optometrist (who had to fill out my paperwork) , you fixed my broken glasses to get me by (lifesaver) and expertly ordered three new pair with an amazing discounted price. In short, I walked in with nothing, and I left with everything. You cannot ask for a better experience or friendly service!
