Mindy was awesome!! She was able to claim my husbands warranty on his glasses (even though it was a month expired). We are so thankful for her in asking her manager for the "okay"!

I walked in with a prescription for my son, Mindy greeted us and assisted us right away. She was extremely patient (above and beyond patient) with my little one as he went back and forth with ALL the frames. When it came to a decision she was knowledgeable with all the upgrades like the blue light, anti reflection, and warranty. It was just an amazing experience from beginning to end. I was so relieved we found something so close to home with such a great experience and wonderful staff!! This will be where my family will go every year! I was seen today for a new prescription and was so impressed with the entire staff. They were so helpful and professional. I've always used Visionworks but it was one of the Austin locations. I'm excited to have a Kyle location.

Friendly and professional. Crystal and her team were eager to assist me in finding the perfect frames and educate me on the type of lenses I'd need. They've only been open about a week and already have a nice camaraderie with Master Eye Associates next door so you can get an eye exam and order lenses in a single visit.
