The manager, Mandy, is great! She's very helpful amd knowledgeable! The Vision Works policies are also wonderful. If it's not right they will fix it, if you don't wait too long. ;)
The checkup was thorough, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The doctor was very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. There is a wide selection of frames available, and the prices are reasonable.
Must be joking. I came in for an eye exam and glasses. Exam was great. 45 minutes later after picking frames and options on lenses. AND after their so called "SALE". My total was over $625.... yes 625!!!!... I walked out and bought them online. Exact same options and very close to the same frames for 210... week later I got them and they are wonderful. You read that right...625?????!!!!!
Good prices for prescription. Then run out and get glasses somewhere else, too pricey! And if your lucky enough to be able to where contacts, 1800contacts!
Vision works was so easy to work with. The staff was friendly. I was able to get right in at my schedule time and the doctor gave me the best service..
