Spent $1200+ on two pairs of Nike glasses for my son. The first pair broke in two weeks. There is zero damage on the glasses since they broke in the case. It broke above one of the lenses and you can't push the pieces together which tells me they made the lens too big. This place refused to honor their 100 Day Guarantee since I didn't get the additional year warranty. The second pair of Nike glasses don't fit him after 3 adjustments and they also refused to honor the 100 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed warranty for this too. Terrible customer service and false advertising. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Update: I changed my review to 3 stars because of how Gene from the corporate office handled this. Thank you for honoring the warranty and providing a refund

Everything was fine until the very end. I asked the lady helping me how I can fix my glasses, the part thay goes over my ear and she broke it. It was the opposite one. There was nothing wrong with that side. She apologized and I asked to speak to the manager. All she told me was sorry they are not liable because they are so pld and brittle. They were 3 years old and never had i damaged them.. I didn't want anything free but it was just a terrible experience These are my glasses that I use for everyday use. I came here because I had a great experience when I brought my son ti get his glasses.

Everyone took such great care of me. I made my appointment pretty last minute and was able to get in the same day. 20/10 experience. I’ll definitely come back next year when I need to get examined again. Circling back on this: my glasses came in sooner than their estimated time! Woohoo!
