Another wonderful experience at Warby Parker! I stopped by to have my glasses adjusted, and Lucy was fantastic. She was kind, attentive, and made sure my glasses fit comfortably before I left. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great service. I also love how peaceful and spotless the store always feels. I’ve been buying my glasses exclusively at Warby Parker for a decade. They offer stylish, affordable glasses and the variety and style is excellent. Moreover, their customer service is fantastic. I shop at multiple locations and each time, the employees are warm, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. The store is clean, well-organized, and a comfortable place to shop. All together, the whole experience is consistently excellent.

Fantastic staff. The examiner was super friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. The salespeople up front were very kind, helpful and transparent. Only took 1.5 hours to make the appointment, drive there, get an eye exam, pick my glasses, checkout, and make it home. (15 minute drive). Great experience.

From the moment I stepped into the store to purchasing my lenses, Lauren provided phenomenal customer service, answering all of my questions and allowing me time to choose the right style. She was very personable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Glasses shopping can be overwhelming but Lauren made it a breeze!
