I was visiting the area when I lost a nose pad from my eyeglasses. Finding a replacement proved surprisingly difficult because my frame has a J-hook-style mount that requires slide-in nose pads. Best of all, they did it as a complimentary service and with a smile. After struggling to find help elsewhere, that simple act of kindness and excellent customer service made a lasting impression.
