These have got to be the worst glasses I’ve purchased. They’re cheaply made and the screw keeps popping out causing the lenses to pop out weekly. On top of that, I have a pair of sunglasses from them that I’ve been to the store at least 3 times to correct and they can’t fix it and I’m stuck with them. Because of insurance this place was inexpensive but I’d rather pay more to get quality glasses and service. I will not be returning.

Vision works do better! It's the weekend and you have only one person working...i had to wait 45 minutes for the one person to finish up with one customer....meanwhile i seen 4 or 5 other folks come in, wait a while and leave... so how smart of a bussiness decision is this? Sell one pair of glasses and miss out on the opportunity to maybe sell 4 or 5 others? Oh, but no, because there is no one else to help. I was offered a card and to come back another day...but I declined because my daughter needs her glass fixed/replaced ASAP....not come back another day only to sit around and wait hoping someone helps me.... Cooperate... stop being CHEAP and add some folks on the clock to help! There ia no excuse why you don't have more than one person working..

Even though I wasn't able to find a replacement frame for my existing lenses, I was able to make selections for new frames and lenses through my insurance plan. My out of pocket was within my budget. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Visionworks you need online appointment system set up (key in insurance info, contact info … etc) so everyone can minimize their waiting and getting service as they walk in. I do appreciate the staff taking care of each customer but I don’t want to wait that long. Plus this Visionworks location does not have same day glasses pick up.

I bought glasses for my daughter a couple months ago. $200 for said glasses and a warranty. The lenses were scratched up before we even got home. Good thing I got the $30 warranty, right? Apparently there’s a $10 co-pay (that wasn’t told to me) with the warranty and it’s only good for one repair. A warranty is not insurance on the glasses, so I still don’t understand the co-pay and honestly I’m too frustrated to talk this out with the same lady. I used visionworks because they were a trusted company that I used when I was a child. Hindsight is 20/20 but I can definitely see it’s better to pay more for a better quality product at another place.
