Anton was attentive and eager to help, willingly calling the insurance company without hesitation to ensure Mom received a discount for her missing glasses while on vacation. His kindness and willingness to support made a difficult situation a little easier.

Visionworks’ optician, Jeri, was friendly, helpful, and competent. She was very clear regarding price adjustments for what I'll want in my glasses and offered her professional opinion regarding the best frames for me.
The staff member who helped me was very helpful and pleasant. This is the first time I wanted to change my frames (within the 100 day period allowed) after purchasing a new pair of glasses and it all went very smooth. Always pleased with VisionWorks.
The staff member at the front desk (The older lady with the long blondish-reddish hair) was quite abrasive and borderline confrontational!!! I found her to be rude, a bit argumentative! She could've been LESS matter-of-factly when jumping the conversation with other staff member ( a gentleman) who was initially helping me when he asked about my Insurance coverage. Due never bothered to even day hello or good morning but was more than ready to tell me that I had and it wasn't accepted. That wasn't true. I told her that someone from this Brookfield location called and spoke with me about it and I have hey my updated insurance info over the phone and it was verified for me prior to me coming in for today's appointment. That's when she began to be a bit argumentative, aggressively rude!!! This WAS my daughter's and I favorite location... NOT anymore!!! I/ we WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AGAIN! Too early in the morning for that kind of nonsense (nasty) demenor! However, the Doctor was Superb! Great!!! He made all that worth it!!!
My family and I will be switching locations due to the older woman at the counter today with the terrible attitude. I could care less if you are having a bad day I dont know you from nothin. You told me 3 different things, I needed an appointment, but yet then I couldn't set an appointment, but you wanted me to come back in an hour without an appointment but you don't do walk ins - get it together lady.. You are in customer service and if thats a problem for you then why are you working this position? You lost 3 customers for your company today because you wanted to hand us your nasty little attitude to the point I had to walk out.. Bravo!
