Op tech was very nice and explained when he was doing and why. A lot of frames to choose from. The beautiful lady who helped me find glasses made sure I looked good and the glasses were comfortable. When I picked up my glasses, I really wasn't feeling the second pair. I was helped by both staff members in the store and they made sure I was happy before I left. Glad I chose to go to this location instead of one in Milwaukee. Thank you to the staff for making my experience nice.

We had two appointments today, one at 10 am and one at 10:20 am. We arrived a few minutes early and greeted immediately. After a 20 minute wait we still had not been seen, not even for the pre-test. Spoke to the person who greeted us to find out how long it was going to be before we were seen. She explained that with the virtual appointments, things take longer, which we knew based on the many reminders we received for these appointments. There was someone with the virtual doctor and then there was another person before I would be seen for my 10 am appointment. I understand the appointments take longer, but it is not acceptable to have a 10 am appointment to wait that long to be seen. We canceled our appointments and left immediately. If they can't see patients in a timely manner, then they don't deserve our business.

Dr. Paul and his staff were all timely, thorough, friendly, and helpful. They all made my appointment truly a fun experience. Dr. Paul explained the options I had given my current vision needs, and the ladies at the front desk informed me of exactly what my insurance would cover. I'm so appreciative of the honest, low pressure assistance all around. A truly comfortable visit from the minute I walked in, and I look forward to seeing them all again next time.

I had a great experience at Vision Works… not only did I find great glasses, the associate was extremely helpful and nice. She even adjusted my old glasses so they felt better while waiting for my new ones.

Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. No real wait and reservations are not required. Good selection of frames and eye doctor visits.
