The General Manager was very friendly and helpful when it came to placing my order, he was explaining what he was doing every step of the order. He also made recommendations on what was best with the coverage on my insurance since I also purchased some sunglasses. The only downside of this was that you guys don't carry the frames I last had anymore. I LOVE Karl Lagerfelds line of frames!!! LOVE that you guys carry quite a few frames but apparently discontinued the ones I currently had so I had to leave my frames there for the new prescription to be placed on them... this is the second time this happens so I'm very disappointed on that.. I get a lot of compliments and questions of where I get my frames from not to mention! Please don't discontinue his line of frames!! I LOVE THE STYLES HE HAS! Other than that customer service was outstanding from the general manager! Thank you!!!

From the moment we walked in the door, Norma treated us like valued customers. She was very knowledgeable about our insurance benefits and about the frames and lenses for the glasses. She knew the store's stock of frames very well and was great at helping us pick a style that was best for us. She knew all the features available for the lenses and explained everything very thoroughly and patiently. She also did a very thorough job measuring and making sure the lenses would be made correctly.I have not seen this type of customer service anywhere in a long time and it was very refreshing and reassuring.
