I've been a customer here for several years now. Melba and Fabian are super friendly and they know their stuff. The staff are always courteous and very knowledgeable. They treat all their customers with respect. I'll continue to purchase my glasses here. If there's anything wrong with my glasses they make sure to make it right. You all rock!
What a great experience! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted right away by the gentlemen (can’t remember his name). We had a great conversation and was able to pull my VSP benefits for me. He showed me how the store was organized and was able to choose glasses quickly. I told him I needed an eye exam and they got me taken care of right away. Dr. Sumerlin got me in and out so quickly! Came back to purchase my glasses and Melba got me taken care of quickly! Also helped recommend which glasses looked better. Overall the best experience I had! Can’t wait to get my glasses soon!
Fabian is THE guy. Excellent customer service, super friendly and fun. Amazing selection too, so many options. 6/5 will be coming back Independent doctor, Dr. Sumerlin was also incredibly kind and professional. His front desk lady was cold and kind of rude. She’s lucky the doctor was amazing otherwise I would have left 3-4 stars.
This place is great. customer service initially from melba and john for my husband and I..turns out since I have VSP i got more allowance on glasses then at the eye doctors ..got a nice name brand fashion glasses for small amount out of pocket great selection..We made a 2nd visit I husband couldnt tolerate frames he bought and they stood by there 100days return if not happy they stood by their word and got a different frame at no cost...Same great service from Fabian and Melba..They also over $40.00 insurance plan in case you break scratch glasses for a year..The eye doctors had limited frame selection..less frame allowance and no insurance and never want to adjust frames when needing adjustment...The ultra light lens and improved from last year tech got better. check it out Thanks
It was my first time visiting Visionworks and…. The staff was very friendly and lovely! When it came to meeting the Dr. he was so sweet and caring and funny. I don't think I had ever met a doctor that nice. It was an overall amazing experience and I will definitely be an established patient as long as I can be. Thank you!
