Dan c was amazing! Not everyone would be able to handle being the only employee working, while we were there we saw at least 5 other customers and Dan helped everybody with with a friendly attitude. Very helpful and efficient. Give this guy a raise!
Today I went to see about my Son's sports glasses and I was so amazed by Lynn. She was so helpful in VERY way. Just amazing customer service! Wow!! I would definitely go back here because of her!!
Lynne was amazing! She went out of her way to help me look through a ton of different frames and was so patient. She was incredibly kind, calm, respectful, and never made me feel rushed. She made the whole experience so much easier and genuinely helped me feel confident in my choice. I really appreciated all her help!
I was a regular customer here for years and the service used to be great, but hasn't been the same for the last several years. This might be due to either a change in management or staff, but it's probably worth visiting one of the other many glasses shops in the area if you're looking for a new set of frames and lenses.
They are always so helpful, friendly, and work quickly when you go in for anything. We have had to replace our son's glasses several times due to sports and they always get them in pretty quick. Mattie was very helpful today when my wife stopped in for help with my son's glasses and went above & beyond to assist her.
