The Norman location was on point! Asked the right questions! Also had the latest diagnostic gear! Everything was explained and they made sure there was a plan for treatment if needed! Above and beyond service! That’s missing in the medical field today! Didn’t feel like a file or a number! Well done to all the staff! Go see them Norman!!!
VisionWorks was a great experience. This is not my first glasses visit to VisionWorks and I have never had a bad experience. Heather took time to insure that my needs, my wants and my prescription were complete and compatible to make my glasses exceptional.
Norman’s Visionworks location is very convenient at the Sooner Fashion Mall. I have shopped there for years. Great selection of frames and high quality lenses. Best staff! They are very friendly and professional! Thanks, Dennis
Their team is completely incompetent and are extremely rude. They lied about the cost and my insurance coverage over the phone and told me it wasn't covered once I got there. Instead of owning their mistake and honoring what they said over the phone they called security on me.
Visionworks is the best place for your total eye care in my opinion. 1 outta 10 , ill rate em a 10.👍👍👍Tks.
