Well I don't have much to report because when I entered the store the girl greeted me from sit-down position there were two of them neither one stood to help me they just said hi how come I help you and I said well I'm here to shop for some frames and neither one stood up and asked how they could help me nobody walked over to me and asked how they may be of help then I tried on tons of frames and none of them help me until I was leaving out the door and the one girl said bye have a good day and I didn't say anything back because I wasn't real happy with the service I'm probably never coming back here and I've been here twice with a friend of mine who walks with a walker and they weren't that much help with her either but she needs a good place to buy her glasses a decent price so she got her some glasses here but as far as I'm concerned they're not helpful at all and they act lazy. I used to work for an eye doctor and I never would have treated a customer like that or a patient for that matter. Very poor customer service.

I use a walker, and it was a windy day, and one of the ladies at the desk hurried over to hold the door open for me. Both front desk ladies were very kind, cheerful, and professional. My wait time was minimal. Dr. Powers was very professional and knowledgeable as she took time to go over my exam results thoroughly. It was a very pleasant experience all around.

I was looking for durable safety frames and lenses for every day use in the construction trade. I was very impressed with the variety of choices offered. The staff was very helpful and patient with questions concerning insurance and accessories for the frames. Real quality does come with a price that I am willing to pay for my eyes. I was very pleased with the treatment I received and the product I purchased.

Best eye care staff in the business. Memorie and staff are the absolute BEST! They have been taking care of my family of 3 for the past 5 years. They give it to you straight, break down the pricing and are extremely knowledgeable. We won’t go anywhere else.

Memorie is the best! She took her time with me and helped me pick out a cute pair of glasses. She is very knowledgeable. Make sure you ask for her! Great place
