Amazing staff! Dyana was super helpful and made sure everything was good to go even though the VA didn’t send all my info. I forgot to get the name of the staff member who did the preexam tests, but she was really helpful too. Dr. Beaubien was very thorough and made sure I understand the results from the preexam. Alisha made ordering new glasses extremely easy and made sure I got the best deal. I highly recommend this place.

I would like to begin this review by saying that I really debated whether or not to leave it-as I only like to review places for good reasons. I bring my kids in here all of the time for glasses and eye exams, and the majority of the staff I have interacted with have been kind, professional, and helpful. During my last two visits, I was assisted by a gentleman with red hair (I believe his name was David) and another staff member in the back with long hair (possibly named Leo, he talked a little fast). Both individuals were exceptionally courteous and made our experience very positive at both of those visits, as did the doctor. However, I feel it is important to share a concern regarding some previous interactions. On earlier visits, my children were assisted by the very country sounding asian woman (not sure of the name). Unfortunately, my experiences with her have consistently been unpleasant. During my interactions, she has come across as dismissive and unprofessional. On one of the occasions, she also spoke to the red haired gentleman (the one who has helped my children the most recent couple of times) in a manner that seemed extremely disrespectful, which was noticeable to both myself and other customers. She even went so far as to roll her eyes at him while she was speaking to him like he was stupid in front of me and other customers AND her manager. While I understand that everyone can have difficult days, this behavior appeared to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident as I have experienced it, and witnessed it happen on more than one occasion when I have brought my children in. I do not think her behavior will be corrected because as I stated previously, that manager witnessed the womans rude attitude and witnessed the blatant disrespect that gentleman received and did not correct it or acknowledge how rude the girl was being! I believe professionalism, respectful communication, and a welcoming attitude are essential in a customer-facing environment, and I hope this feedback is taken into consideration. I truly appreciate the positive experiences I have had with other staff members and the care provided by the doctor. It is because of those experiences that I felt it was important to share this feedback, as I would otherwise rate this office with 5 stars, but I cannot, based off of the experiences with that saleswoman.

I had an amazing experience at Visionworks thanks to Alanna and her Manager Dyana! From the second I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the entire process from picking out frames to understanding my insurance so easy and stress free. Alanna went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my glasses and that everything fit perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re visiting Visionworks, ask for Alanna and Dr B. This team is unmatched, with the best of the best…. You won’t be disappointed!!!
