I would like to thank the three staff members who were working this morning at Visionworks. I accidentally sat on my glasses and bent the frames, and the team was able to fix them within just a few minutes. They were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I have visited this location many times, and the staff has consistently provided excellent customer service. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend this Visionworks location for anyone looking for quality care, whether you need glasses or contact lenses.

This was the first time I have tried vision works for glasses. I met with the manager Emma and she was wonderful. She was very polite, professional and very helpful. The process was quick and easy. I definitely recommend going to see Emma and her associates for any of your need for glasses.
Extremely disappointing experience at Visionworks. I only asked for a price estimate for progressive lenses, and despite explaining that I always use progressives, the staff refused to help because I didn’t have my prescription with me. The attitude from the beginning was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was able to get an estimate at LensCrafters the day before without any issue using the same information. The way I was treated at Visionworks felt discriminatory and racially biased. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected. I will not return and do not recommend this location.
The people and doctor for the eye exam were great !! I came in a bit early and they were accommodating, quick and friendly. The customer rep for my glasses was well mannered, experienced and friendly. It was fast, wide selection good. It was a bit pricey but my son got what he wanted.
The entire process of getting an eye exam and then applying my prescription to a pair of glasses and sunglasses was simple and enjoyable. My insurance was looked at and I was carefully guided through the best choices for my coverage. Plus the people there are real people! You might counter that ALL people are real, but I mean they made me feel welcome, were warm and had real conversations, not just tidbits about the weather. I wouldn’t mind knowing these people regularly instead of just in that store. I was afraid of being railroaded into spending as much as possible because it’s a franchise name—but it felt professional and friendly. The selection of frames was neat, orderly and varied. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
