First time going to Visionworks and I loved it. The staff was very nice, I didn't feel rushed. I was able to ask questions and get them answered. Alix was very very nice and helpful. She was so sweet and caring and helped me out with everything I needed.

Aniko at 91st Ave and Northern is always so helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond to help make sure my glasses are right. I am very sensitive to new glasses and prescriptions but she will continue to work with me until everything is correct. I appreciate her so much!

This was my first visit to VisionWorks, at the referral of my daughter. I went early to pick out frames before my exam appt. The staff was friendly and let me browse without bothering me. When the exam was done, they helped me decide between the 3 I narrowed my search to. The whole experience made me feel welcome and like I had been going there forever. I will definitely continue to use them.

Great service, my glasses were completely broken, I was able to get my same frame, for a good reason discount and on the same day got them fixed with my same lenses.
