I had an excellent experience at Visionworks! Everyone was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. The eye doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The assistant was wonderful as well—friendly, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. And the gentleman who helped me choose my glasses was fantastic! Picking frames can be overwhelming, but he made it easy and actually enjoyable. He listened to what I liked, gave honest suggestions, and helped me find a pair that looks and feels great. The whole team was friendly, caring, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping their patients. Thank you for making my eye exam such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Visionworks location!

Desk staff for optometrist were really friendly and professional. Optometrist is excellent. Front counter staff for vision works are very nice as well and I was able to get in and out very quickly. My prescription barely changed and I was able to easily order a second pair of glasses with all the previous specifications of my original ones using the older prescription which was about a year and a half old. I was in and out of there very quickly. I really like the optometrist. He's thorough, professional and has a great bedside manner. I've been going to this Visionworks for almost as long as it's been open.

The provider was absolutely amazing. He took the time to review all of my concerns. He could sense that I was worried about my vision changes and headaches and he let me know what other evaluation test we are available and he ensured that we completed these before I left, he even pulled up pictures on the Internet to show me what was normal and compared that with my reports I'm very grateful

Lorane at the SanTan Village Visionworks was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation I was dealing with from another location. She truly went above and beyond to help me get answers and figure everything out. Not only did she take the time to get to the bottom of the issue, but she also offered helpful alternatives to make sure I wasn’t left without contacts while waiting for my order.
