I came to this Visionworks location on July 10th for an eye exam and had a really disappointing experience. When I first walked in, I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to check in. I went to the wrong desk by mistake, and the employee who directed me to the Visionworks side came across as unnecessarily aggressive instead of simply telling me where to go. Once I got checked in and went back for my appointment, things didn’t get much better. Dr. Murati started asking me questions about my vision, but every time I tried to explain what was going on, she would cut me off and move on with the exam. I’ve been wearing glasses and seeing eye doctors my whole life, and I’ve never had a doctor seem so uninterested in hearing my concerns. The comment that really bothered me was when I was finally explaining the changes in my vision and she said, “It’s always your last patient that comes in with some BS.” I was honestly shocked. I’ve never had a healthcare professional speak like that during an appointment. Later, I mentioned that I got my bad eyesight from my parents, and she replied, “Yeah, I can tell.” At that point, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional. Patients should be able to discuss their concerns without being interrupted or made to feel like they’re an inconvenience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Tiffany provided exceptional service and helped me every step of the way in choosing my glasses. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my eye care needs. Her support, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Tiffany, for going above and beyond! Highly recommended!
I recently visited Vision Works, where I have been a loyal customer for approximately eight years, and I was extremely disappointed by the level of professionalism and customer service I experienced. There appears to be a new manager at this location, who sounded like he may be from New York. Unfortunately, my interaction with him was frustrating and made me feel unwelcome. I inquired about having lenses placed into frames I already owned, and I was informed that the only available discount was 25% off. I then mentioned that I had received promotional emails advertising 60% off lenses. His response was, “Yeah, if you have the code.” In the eight years I have been a customer, I have never once been required to “break out a code” just to receive a promotion that was openly advertised by the company. Rather than helping or explaining the promotion professionally, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. What made the experience even more unprofessional was hearing the manager loudly speaking to a coworker about customers who bring in frames purchased online. He stated that many online frames are “just fashion frames” and not optical quality, and openly said that he would refuse them and “didn’t care if they went somewhere else.” Hearing a manager speak so carelessly about customers in front of other customers was incredibly off-putting. After being a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I can honestly say this experience changed my perception of this location completely. Customer service, professionalism, and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, none of those qualities were reflected during this visit. I will not be returning to this location again.
had a great experience working with Lytzi at Visions. She was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through all the different styles of glasses I was interested in. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was comfortable exploring a variety of options. What really stood out was how well she balanced style and budget—she showed me options that not only matched what I was looking for but also fit perfectly within the price range I had in mind. Her knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and helps you find the best fit without any pressure, I highly recommend asking for Lytzi.
On March 28th I brought in my boyfriend for his first eye exam in five years. He was understandably nervous, but the staff here is fantastic and got us in and out as smooth as possible. Lytzi checked us in quickly and kindly, and the doctors in the back (whose names I unfortunately didn't get) were fantastic. We both walked out feeling like he'd been properly taken care of. Thank you!
