Overall, the experience was good. I came in about 15 to 20 minutes before closing, in about five minutes to close the gentleman asked if I needed something. He seemed a bit abrasive at first, but he went ahead and took care of me. It was a pretty quick transaction. Overall, I was happy with the selection of glasses available, and the service was decent.

I’ve had my glasses for 4 yrs maybe more do to the fact that I couldn’t find similar glasses, was told that they were no longer made, I kept asking, then one day Alizea (Gen. manager) told me she found them, I was elated to say the least !! Very happy with my Longchamp glasses. Thank you very much Alizea Alizea has helped me multiple times with sunglasses as well. She’s very courteous and friendly. Definitely will be back.

I had a great experience at Visionworks! Jasmine was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. She took the time to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish from entire staff.

It was my first time visiting this location, and from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I received fantastic customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though it was very busy with a steady flow of people coming in, they were still able to accommodate me as a walk-in, which I truly appreciated. Despite how hectic things were, everything was handled with kindness, professionalism, and care. Sharone was the representative who helped me, and I cannot say enough great things about her. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. She took the time to thoroughly explain the pricing for glasses, review my insurance coverage, and answer all of my questions. What stood out most was that despite how busy the office was, she never once made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer to get through. She was thorough, attentive, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her level of customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Please note that this office is separate from the Advance Eye Care office that performs eye exams, so their hours may vary. I would also recommend setting up an appointment online for added convenience. ^_^

Really great experience. Alizea was extremely helpful when I was picking out my glasses. She was highly knowledgeable and helped me find the right frames for my prescription and that looked good on me. Jasmine made ordering my contacts and glasses swift and easy. Both were extremely kind and made the experience a lot less stressful. Will definitely be coming back.
