Went in and needed same day glasses urgently. Jessica, Lacey, Lorena were absolutely wonderful. Easily the best optical experience I’ve ever had at very good prices. The did my exams, helped me find an awesome set of frames, and then adjusted them all within about two hours. 5 stars, I would give more if I could.

My experience was excellent from the start to the end! Things to note: They do not accept Medicaid or Medicare HOWEVER, they have a great discounted program for recipients of those programs that makes it very affordable. There is no physical optometrist onsite, so if you require extensive services, they may have to refer you out. This is really a place to go if you need an updated eye exam and prescription. I called around 1:30 for an appointment and was scheduled for 2:40. The wait time from my scheduled appointment was about 10-15mins. Once completed, I received my prescription and was able to select frames within the discounted price or pay extra for any particular frames…I said within budget. All together, I spent under $60 for the exam, frame and lens. Margaret and the tech who did my exam were both wonderful!

Brandon was the best consultant!! The exam was thorough and efficient. I walked away with 2 pair of complete glasses, which came back in a week when I expected them to in 2 weeks. I really liked the variety of frames, shapes and colors to choose from compared to other retailers. I definately recommend the Skibo Rd location and staff when its time to get your next pair of eyeglasses. They were attentive, personable, engaged and the entire process was nice and smooth!!

Worst experience ever. I’ve been wearing glasses all my life, and contacts for years and this has been the most unorganized experience ever. I went in 2 months ago, I had an appointment, it took 30+ minutes to get me in after my appointment time. I got my prescription and at first it was going to be almost $400 for a 6 month supply, until they price matched 1800 contacts. I come back and get my prescription in a week, it’s not right. The size & the prescription. So I brought them back in and told them the problem, the tech lady said it was probably the astigmatism so they took it out. 3 weeks later I call and check up on the prescription, they said they’d call back at the end of the day, they didn’t. 4 days later I call again, and finally get an answer on where they are. Couple days later I go get them and the prescription still isn’t right. It’s lower than the prescription I’ve been wearing all my life which I still don’t have great vision in. At this point I just need contacts. I’ve never experienced this much trouble getting my prescription.

Went in a few days ago to get new glasses. My prescription is pretty strong so I needed to get my glasses same day. Anyway, Jessica was such an amazing help, even with facing technical difficulties I STILL received my glasses same day . She was so pleasant as well and top tier customer service ! As most people would have been beyond frustrated with all the moving parts going on at the store at the time I arrived, but Jessica did it with a smile. Will be returning for sure.
