I had the most amazing experience with Boris, Elizabeth and Marina! They helped me with the purchase of glasses for my 3 kids. They were extremely patient, kind and compassionate. They went above and beyond and even helped me with insurance options! I am truly grateful for the excellent customer service they provided! I highly recommend to anyone who needs eye care, glasses and contacts. Dr. Rhodes was very thorough with the eye exam and very kind.

My rating is only based on the bad service they give you, I called and they say that you just have to approach to take the exam; I did exactly the same thing and they tell you that there are no appointments available. Better training for employees and don't waste the customer's time. A rating with respect. But don't let the customer go like that.
