Had an amazing first experience at Visionworks! 👓✨ This was my very first time getting glasses, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. All three staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such positive energy and great customer service. While I was waiting to be called back for my exam, they consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything — that meant a lot. The entire process felt smooth, organized, and stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for making my first glasses experience such a great one. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

Marcus provided exceptional service at our recent visit to Visionworks. We had an emergency regarding our Eyecare and Marcus was able to solve the issue. We noticed he provided the same level of care to another customer with their emergency issue.

This was my annual eye examination and my first time using Visionworks for my eye care. This location was very attentive to my needs and exceptionally kind. Their equipment was superb. Although I did not properly confirm my 11:30 a.m. appointment, they still allowed my appointment to take place, which I truly appreciated. Kudos to this location! I give the doctor and all three associates (two females and one male) an outstanding mark for customer service, personal interaction, and providing clear and accurate information. I was all over the place asking questions, and they all assisted me gracefully. They made my Saturday morning an enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning next year and have already referred Visionworks at Arundel Mills to my coworkers.

Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Miss Listeen. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, ran through all my tests with me, and helped me find the perfect size frames that I had previously ordered and wanted to continue using. After seeing my provider, Miss Listeen then proceeded to present deals for more than one frame I was interested in, with all the bells and whistles attached, and a huugggge discount. I am blind as a bat and needed all the help my glasses could offer. I was so happy with her presence! She is so pleasant and well versed in what she does. Truly made my day being assisted by her.
