My husband had a prescription from a other optometrist. We came here for his glasses. Kathy(Kathryn?) helped us. She is amazing. She helped guide him through finding all he needed for his pair. She is very personable and knowledgeable. He received his glasses yesterday and couldn't be happier. We will return for glasses here.
Customer service was fantastic. The front desk lady was absolutely kind including the lady that did my eye exam. The doctor wasn't judgmental at all. I loved my experience there and will definitely come again! I love Visionworks and never had a problem with them unlike other companies. Thank you for having great service and staff!
Extremely pleasant staff to talk to on the phone and in person. Very helpful when navigating insurance, budgets, and even glasses to pick out. The doctor is extremely understanding and explains things with detail. Easy to ask questions and get answers. Staff is very accommodating
Everyone was very kind, helpful, courteous & friendly. From reception, exam, Drs & staff. Front & back of house. I have been coming to this store for several years & will continue to just based off not only myself but also my husband's experience as well. We appreciate the time & help of the staff immensely. My overall experience at East Washington St. Visionworks, Indpls. was excellent. Dr. Polling was exceptional. Marshall was the associate who took all my information and assisted me in choosing frames, was very professional and personable. My only complaint I would have is my appointment was for 11:15, didn't get seen till around 11:50. And oh yea, they listed my sex as unknown 🤣🤣 Guess you can't go by site anymore?
