I went in with my glasses, broken and explained to her my situation Jael . Was so amazing and so helpful that I was just stunned. She was able to repair my glasses on the spot and send out the other one for repair since the lens was damaged and a lifesaver is an understatement and the way she was able to help me and her sympathy for what I was going through with my glasses was just amazing. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind spot and I wouldn’t go to another Vision Works. Thank you Jael you are amazing 🥰

I was pleased to find a vision service that has Spanish speakers available, as it can be challenging to translate your needs on a topic you aren't familiar with. They were able to offer better options than my previous VisionWorks provider and gave me advice on what would work best for my insurance. Everyone was very kind and attentive.

I can’t recommend Dr. Friefeld enough! He is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel confident that I’m receiving the best care possible. I saw him for my last eye exam and it was a great experience because of his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. His customer service is exceptional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly skilled but also so compassionate and personable. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding optometrist.
