Natalie made our visit so easy. I would have fought my wife because she was taking her time looking glasses. Natalie came, in 10 minutes found the perfect glasses, took care of us and sent. She is the best.
I had a wonderful experience at this local optics shop. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy anything, they welcomed me warmly and treated me with great care. They kindly offered to fix and tighten my glasses, cleaned them thoroughly, and returned them with a smile. Big thanks to Alexis for the excellent service and professionalism. Truly appreciated!
I had a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam. Great place to get eyeglasses. They were very helpful in handling my eye testing and helping me choose the frames. The optician guided us very well in what was converted hy my insurance and what wasn't. Overall a very positive experience.

Sheeba Mohanan, O.D. - Listened to all of my concerns made me feel listened too as a client and she REALLY cared about the entire process asking questions to understand my concerns. Will Highly recommend. 2. Sarah Young - An Exemplary example of an amazing customer service associate. She helped me with the entire process from check in to check out during my exam and buying process to re-lens my current sunglasses I really cant say enough good things about her, Super knowledgeable, very client focused. 3. Alexis - Another super awesome individual helping me with another order I came in two days later, Gave me all the options for a 2nd set of glasses. Gave recommendations and laid out examples of what might work best for me. :) Love this place, I will only come here and these people are the sole reason for the future revisits.
