The white male eye doctor with the gray hair was incredibly incredibly incredibly rude. He laughed in my face when I was upset about not knowing what was going on with my vision, he Talk to me in a very rude and demeaning way when I was just coming to him for help, because I assumed as an eye doctor he cared about what was going on with his patient. It was not about the fact that I didn't want to except that my vision was fine, it was that my vision is saying it's fine but I'm still dealing with so many problems. And I was simply just trying to see if he could help me understand what else I could do to help what's going on with me. But instead he was very rude and laughed at me and made me feel small and stupid and scared to ever go to an eye doctor again. I am diabetic type one, not much I can do there other than go to my appointments. This is not the first time that he has been rude to me, and my ex-husband had a trans phobic remark made to him at this place before. We brushed it off as a bad day, but every time I've ever gone into this Visionworks I have been treated with disrespect and like I don't belong there. I came home and I solved uncontrollably because it was such a sad scary situation, reaching out to a medical professional while I'm scared and I don't understand these things and him just brushing me off, and not even just brushing me off but going out of his way to laugh in my face. not only that, there's one singular girl who is nice there. She works at the desk and she's always talk to me like I'm a person, and I've watched her coworkers literally belittle her and bully her and laugh about it. This place is awful.
They are so efficient, clean, organized, and very knowledgeable. Got here 10 minutes early and walked out 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Very affordable and friendly. Highly recommend!
I went to Visionworks to have my glasses updated. Being new to Medicare I am so grateful for the friendly, knowledgeable service Chandler provided. Also they have a great selection of frames.
I have been going here for years. And it's been great. It doesn't cost much, but they're great glasses and great personalities in the store. They're all great people in there.I give them a sixth star 🌟
