Love this Visionworks location! Always helpful and they make sure you are walking out satisfied (and not broke) from getting new glasses! Bile and associates up front were fantastic at helping choose the best glasses for me and get the best price possible! The doctor took his time explaining what he was doing during the exam and listened to any concerns I had without making me feel rushed.
My daughter and I have had nothing but grief with this company/office. First time going to VisionWorks and last. I’ve had to get 2 new pairs of glass, first time the measurements were wrong. It was under the 100 days so I was able to get it fixed. I’ve received my second pair and still my eyes are sore and straining as if this is the wrong prescription. My daughter is a college student and there are no VisionWorks out by her to check her glasses within the 100 days. She is experiencing the same problems and now is being told it’s been 4 months and you’ll need to get another exam for 69.99 and look at the prescription. If it’s needs adjustment we’d get 40% off. So we’ve paid hundreds of dollars for both our glasses combined and they are worthless. Cannot get another pair covered under insurance until December. Very aggravated!
Made my appt on line for 9 am and was out in 45 mins. Had exam and glasses ordered. Only complaint I have is it would be nice if someone was there helping you find the right pair of glasses that look nice on you especially when you’re there by yourself. But that is not a deal breaker. Everyone was nice and did everything quickly.
Worst experience today. Stopped in just to get my eyeglasses adjusted, and the employee somehow made the fit 100% worse. Instead of tightening the sides, she loosened them to the point they were falling off my face. Then when I asked if someone else could assist, they left me waiting and assisted other customers that walked in after me. I don't recommend this location for service.
I came on my appointment with my wife after driving for 1h 15. One is at 6 pm and the second at 6:15 We came at 5:48 my wife and baby are in the car and I let them know it. After they received me at 6:08 they finished at 6:21 and the guy there told me they could not receive my wife and she has to come next day. It is unbelievable.
