Tuesday was so nice and helpful! She definitely addressed my concerns as I told her this was the third store I had been to based on pricing. She recommended some glasses based on my personal style and even recommended I try a second pair. Checkout was quick and easy and I cant wait to pick up my glasses in 2 weeks.
Got me in with two days notice. They had all of my insurance info when I walked in the door and explained everything to me. The front desk staff is amazing. The doctor was wonderful and took time going over retina results with me They’re my new eye doctor from here on out
Dr Outar was so thorough and kind and explained everything proactively in detail. The ladies who helped me choose my glasses and pick them up were so wonderful. This is after I was late for my initial appt. Don’t be like me, but I had a wonderful experience and although it’s slightly out of the way for me, this is where I am going for all my ophthalmological needs.
I did a glasses & contacts appointment. The appointment was just a zoom call. In the end, they printed out my glasses prescription wrong. It's someone else entirely. I should have checked before I left since the employees all seemed a little slow in the head so I should have assumed they'd mess up. The prescription isn't attached to my online account, and the online AI is actually no help (potentially the worst I've seen, it can't even find the store the appointment was at - can't even find the city). The contact order also came with the incorrect prescription.... close enough though so I'm still using it. I'm just going to take the L and re-do this year's prescription somewhere else. Certainly never interacting with this company again
I bought a pair of glasses from VisionWorks in April. Right away, wearing them caused nausea and severe eye strain, but I assumed I just needed time to adjust. Fast forward to now: the issue hasn't gone away, and I'm about a month past their 100-day guarantee. I called to see if they could help—even just by taking basic measurements to verify if the lenses were defective. They flatly refused, telling me I was outside the window and my only option was to buy new glasses. You would think a quality optometrist would offer a basic, two-minute check to help a struggling customer see properly, but not this wonderful place!
